Once you choose the logo design package which suits you just select our 'Order Now' button. Once you are shown the order form, the first part is very simple; private information questionnaire. The second part of the order forms is very important for your custom logo design process and will help us create the right image for your company. PLEASE take your time, we need to know your marketing field, your company's philosophy, and plans in order to personalize your new logo design.
You will be given the chance to process your payment immediately using the popular PayPal payment processor where you can choose to send money from a debit or credit card, or if you already have a paypal account you can send money directly from your bank account. You can also send us a Cheque or Postal Orders in the post. Wee guarantee that the transaction you make with Swift Media UK is carried out with the highest security possible.
After receiving your order, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm your order, or answer any questions concerning your logo design process.
After payment is received, we will start work on your project. You will be notified by phone or email, and will be given your own private project progress web page.
In only 3 business days we will present you the first round of initial logo design drafts. On your web page you will be able to view your logo design samples and choose the one which you want to work with.
We can then start working on improving the logo design concept that you chose to work with according to your tastes. There is neither a time limit, or extra charge for making further modifications.
If you are not happy with the first set of logo design drafts, we will re-do them free of charge for you.
When all the changes have been completed to your satisfaction, and you finalize your logo design, we will give you an option to purchase additional extra's at a 20% discounted rate. Extras include work like corporate identity design and website designs for your company. Please note these extra's will be offered at a discounted rate, and is only available at this rate within 24 hours of being offered. Once the 24 hours has passed the prices will return to their normal charge.
When you feel completely satisfied with your new logo design, we will ask for your approval and send you your logo in various formats. These formats include GIF, JPEG, AI, CDR & TIFF. If you want your logo in additional formats please ask at the time.
